• Providing a free quote request platform for homeowners across all 50 US states
• Facilitating communication between homeowners and Service Providers
• Publishing informational home improvement guides and articles through our blog

3. No Contractor Relationship

BetterCallGabs does not employ, supervise, or control the contractors in our network. All contractors are independent businesses. BetterCallGabs makes no warranty regarding the quality, safety, or legality of services provided by any contractor.

Any agreement for services is solely between you and the Service Provider. BetterCallGabs is not a party to that agreement and accepts no responsibility for its terms or performance.

4. Eligibility

By using our Site, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age
• You are a legal resident of the United States
• You have the legal authority to enter into these Terms
• You will use our services only for lawful purposes
• You are the homeowner or authorized representative of the property in your request

5. Free Service for Homeowners

BetterCallGabs is provided completely free of charge to homeowners. There is no fee to submit a quote request or to be matched with a Service Provider. You are never obligated to hire any contractor we connect you with.

6. Quote Requests & Lead Submission

When you submit a quote request through our Site:

• You consent to be contacted by BetterCallGabs and its network of Service Providers
• You understand that submitting a request does not guarantee a match or service completion
• You agree that your contact information may be shared with relevant Service Providers in your area
• All quotes provided by Service Providers are estimates only and subject to change
• BetterCallGabs does not guarantee the availability of Service Providers in all areas

7. TCPA Consent & Communications

By submitting a quote request, you expressly consent to receive communications from BetterCallGabs and its Service Provider network via telephone calls, pre-recorded messages, text messages (SMS/MMS), and emails, which may use automated dialing technology.

You may opt out at any time by:

• Replying STOP to any text message

8. Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when submitting service requests. You agree not to submit false or fraudulent requests, impersonate any person or entity, or use the Site for any unlawful purpose.
